• Clean countertops and backsplashes

• Wipe down cabinet exteriors

• Clean appliance exteriors (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) Load dishwasher & unload upon request

• Scrub sink and faucet

• Clean stovetop and range hood

• Empty trash and recycling

• Sweep and mop floor

• Clean and disinfect toilet, tub, shower, and sink

• Wipe mirrors and fixtures

• Clean countertops and cabinet exteriors

• Replace towels (if provided)

• Empty trash bins

• Sweep and mop floor

• Dust all surfaces (furniture, shelves, décor)

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Sweep and mop hard floors

• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

• Empty trash bins and replace liners

• Wipe down baseboards and light switches

• Tidy up and straighten items

Each cleaning includes equipment & supplies priced at $50.00 per hour per cleaner.  Ask about our flat rates after your first cleaning.  

Seniors ($47.50 per hour) & Agents ($47.50 per hour) are offered reduced rates.  Community Service clients ($45.00 per hour per hour) - we believe in giving back to our senior residence.

These may be requested for an additional fee or during seasonal cleanings:

• Clean inside appliances (oven, fridge, microwave)

• Wash interior windows

• Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures (high dusting)

• Clean inside cabinets and drawers

• Baseboard and door frame detailing

• Wall spot cleaning

• Vacuum upholstery

• Polish furniture

• Organize closets or pantries

Detail clean inside/outside windows/entry/garage windows. 

Screens, trim and inside tracks included

Special request:  skylight (may cost extra) 

Pre-spray, scrub, clean and extract dirt from carpets.

Hand scrub stairs and stains then extract.
